Role overview

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and grow the business.
• Engage consultants, contractors, end users, and panel builders to generate leads and build long-term partnerships.
• Present products and train customers and panel builders.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to develop customized LV switchgear proposals and win projects.
• Track projects from tender to execution and follow up to convert orders.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide post-sales technical support, and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of LV switchgear and Busway sales experience.

Skills

• Strong understanding of LV switchgear and Busway systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presales skills.
• Customer relationship management, problem solving, and market intelligence.
