Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess margin increase requests with the supervisor.
• Approve credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgment.
• Manage and collect receivables for an assigned territory.
• Release orders for inventory-ready items.
• Reconcile customer accounts accurately and promptly.
• Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisions.
• Resolve sensitive or complex collection cases independently.
• Liaise between internal sales teams and customers with professionalism and empathy.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a secondary school diploma or college degree in business, accounting, office administration, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of experience in credit or collections, a commercial environment, or financial analysis.
• Be fluent in French and English, verbally and in writing.
• Accounting or ERP software experience is an asset.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, tact, and strong communication.

Compensation

• The English posting states a base salary range of $55,000–$65,000 annually plus an annual bonus.
• The French posting states a base salary range of $57,000–$67,000 per year plus an annual bonus.
• Final salary is determined by candidate skills and experience in accordance with applicable regulations.
