Our client, a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi, is looking to recruit an Emirati Specialist- Performance & Total Reward, who will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of performance management and reward frameworks.
This role ensures that employees are evaluated fairly, rewarded competitively, and recognized in ways that promote accountability, motivation, and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end annual performance cycles, reviews, evaluations.
- Provide training to different departments on the use of performance tools & processes.
- Track completion rates and ensure consistency in the application of performance standards.
- Assist in implementing reward policies including bonuses, salary reviews, and non-monetary recognition.
- Coordinate the execution of annual compensation reviews.
- Monitor reward outcomes for internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Provide benchmarking support and maintain reward-related databases.
- Review and refine frameworks, policies & procedures to ensure alignment with evolving organizational needs.
- Produce performance and reward dashboards for leadership review. Conduct analysis to identify trends, gaps, or inconsistencies.
- Support audit and governance requests with required documentation.
- Coordinate with Talent Management, Engagement and Organizational Development teams to ensure integration of reward into broader human capital practices.

- Experience in Total Rewards for 5+ years
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Ability to map salary data, analyze surveys and build competitive rewards structures
- Expertise in dealing with senior stakeholders and discussing compensation packages to avoid any discrepancies.
