Job Description

  • The Total Rewards Specialist based in Dubai, will support the delivery of total rewards programs with a strong focus on data consolidation, validation, and quality assurance across the markets we operate in.
  • This role will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of Total Rewards data, enabling reliable reporting, analytics and decision-making across compensation and benefits.
  • What's On Your Plate?
  • Consolidate and maintain Total Rewards data from multiple sources (HR systems, payroll, market data), ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure high data integrity for all compensation and benefits reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards, ensuring reliable and consistent data outputs.
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying discrepancies and partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data governance, confidentiality, and data handling standards within People & Culture
  • Support analysis related to pay equity and minimum wage by ensuring clean, structured, and reliable datasets.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture and Communications teams to improve data processes, automation, and reporting efficiency. Your Plate?
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of Total Rewards systems and tools, with a focus on data structure and integrity.
  • **Qualifications** **What did we order?**
  • 3-5 years working experience in Data Analytics, Tech, Finance or HR
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google sheets, Tableau, Power BI etc
  • Independent, data driven, self-starter and natural ability to collaborate with project team
  • Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and must be able to collect and work with various data sources for Rewards related projects.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
  • English skills, written and spoken
