Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage innovation ideas, initiatives, and projects from concept through implementation.
• Conduct future foresight studies and research and prepare reports and strategic insights.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs for innovation and strategic initiatives.
• Support organizational excellence and implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 56002 practices.
• Coordinate strategic partnerships and external stakeholders, including consultants and relevant organizations.
• Organize committees, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation-related events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, benchmarking studies, and reference materials in Arabic and English as required.
• Support continuous improvement and innovative, future-ready practices; coordinate internal and external partners to deliver initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience.
