Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate inventory records to ensure data integrity across all stock-keeping units. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, avoiding shortages or excesses. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan and execute timely inventory replenishments. Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and operational risks. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify variances and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Generate and present reports on inventory status, trends, and key metrics for management review. Recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
