NADEC is seeking a
Specialist – Procurement (Animal Feed)
to support sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities for animal feed products.
This role plays a key part in ensuring quality supply, cost optimization, and strong supplier relationships while supporting agricultural operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing and procurement of animal feed products in line with business requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
- Support price negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply or quality issues
- Coordinate with Agriculture Operations to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
- Ensure procured feed meets agricultural, quality, and compliance standards
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and cost drivers in the animal feed market
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements in procurement activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practices.
& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Business Administration
- , or related field
- **2–3 years**
- of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Direct experience in
- animal feed or agricultural procurement
- is highly preferred
