Overview
A major healthcare network in Abu Dhabi is seeking a
Specialist Pediatrician
to join its expanding pediatric services department.
The role involves managing outpatient and inpatient pediatric cases within a multidisciplinary hospital environment supporting child healthcare services across multiple specialties.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage:
- General pediatric conditions
- Infectious diseases in children
- Growth and developmental concerns
- Acute pediatric presentations
- Conduct:
- Pediatric outpatient consultations
- Inpatient pediatric reviews
- Preventive child healthcare services
- Collaborate with:
- PICU
- Neonatology
- Pediatric subspecialty teams
Requirements
- Specialist qualification in Pediatrics
- DOH eligibility preferred
- Hospital pediatric experience advantageous
- Strong communication and family-centered care skills required
