We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused **Pediatrician** to provide outpatient pediatric services across **three established clinics in the UAE**.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat infants, children, and adolescents.
- Conduct routine pediatric consultations and health assessments.
- Monitor growth and developmental milestones.
- Administer and manage childhood vaccination programs.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Provide guidance and counseling to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
Requirements
- MBBS with specialization in Pediatrics (MD/DNB/Arab Board/MRCPCH/CCT or equivalent).
- Valid **DHA License** and **MOH License** (active).
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialization pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to work across multiple clinic locations.
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care.
Compensation
- **Revenue-sharing basis** with excellent earning potential.
- Terms to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on experience, licensing, and availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established patient following in the UAE.
- Experience in outpatient pediatric practice.
- Expertise in preventive care, immunization, and developmental assessments.
