SearchPlus HR is excited to partner with a renowned private healthcare hospital to recruit a Specialist Pediatric Dentist. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pediatric dentist to provide specialized oral healthcare to children in a state-of-the-art hospital setting.

As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to young patients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:* Perform detailed dental assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.

• Carry out various dental procedures, including restorative work, extractions, and preventive treatments such as fluoride applications and sealants.
• Manage dental trauma and emergencies in pediatric patients.
• Apply behavior management techniques to ensure a comfortable experience for children during dental procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide oral health education to children and their caregivers to promote preventive care.
• Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay current with pediatric dentistry advancements.

Requirements

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) with specialization and certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Valid dental license to practice within the hospital’s jurisdiction.
• Proven clinical experience in pediatric dentistry, preferably in a hospital or private healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with children and their families.
• Competence in managing dental emergencies and complex pediatric cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to maintaining professional development and continuous learning.
