The Specialist Otolaryngology will provide comprehensive ENT (ear, nose, and throat) care to a diverse patient population.
You will engage in diagnosing and treating a wide range of otolaryngological disorders, including surgical and non-surgical management.
Your role
will also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to academic initiatives within the university healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed evaluations and diagnoses of patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions when necessary.
- Conduct complex otolaryngological surgeries, utilizing advanced techniques.
- Participate actively in teaching medical students, residents, and other healthcare trainees.
- Engage in clinical research to advance knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in otolaryngology through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical and surgical management of ENT disorders.
- Strong commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and research activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage complex cases with a patient-centered approach.
- Familiarity with advanced surgical techniques and use of modern medical technology.
