A clinic in Mirdif, Dubai, is seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon.
The role focuses on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and manage bone, joint, muscle, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Assess orthopedic injuries and provide appropriate treatment plans.
- Manage fractures, joint pain, sports injuries, and other orthopedic conditions within the approved scope of practice.
- Perform orthopedic procedures and surgeries where authorized and appropriately equipped.
- Request and interpret diagnostic investigations, including X-rays and MRI scans.
- Provide follow-up care and rehabilitation recommendations.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required.
- Comply with DHA regulations and clinical protocols.
Requirements
- Recognized medical degree and relevant specialty qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, as applicable.
- Previous experience in orthopedic care and surgery.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and professional standards.
