Position Overview
We are recruiting an additional Interventional Cardiologist to support the expansion of cardiac services, indicating high patient demand and growing cath lab activity .
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform: Coronary angiography and angioplasty (PCI) Emergency cardiac catheterization procedures Stent placement and interventional treatments Manage: Acute coronary syndromes Complex cardiovascular cases Deliver pre- and post-intervention care
Service Structure
Dedicated catheterization lab Collaboration with: Emergency Medicine ICU and cardiology teams 24/7 cardiac service coverage
Additional Responsibilities
Participation in on-call rota Contribution to cardiology service development Clinical audits and performance monitoring
