Key Responsibilities
- *Dough Mastery*: Execute the preparation and shaping of our signature 72-hour fermented dough according to strict technical specifications.
- Specialty Production: Prepare high-quality, authentic Manaesh and related artisanal items, maintaining consistent presentation and flavor profiles.
- Operational Systems: Take ownership of daily kitchen administrative duties, including the accurate completion of digital checklists, temperature logs, and inventory tracking to ensure 100% compliance.
- Precision & Prep: Maintain flawless mise-en-place for your station, ensuring all ingredients are handled to our premium standards.
- Kitchen Standards: Uphold rigorous food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on bread or dough-based products.
- A solid understanding of traditional Manaesh preparation.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable and diligent in using digital platforms for daily logs, reporting, and compliance checklists.
- A demonstrated ability to handle delicate dough processes and high-quality toppings.
- Exceptional attention to detail understands that the difference is in the fermentation and the technique.
