Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process complex and sensitive security clearance applications for new candidates on FAB contracts and subsidiary companies.
• Manage relationship with CID officials to maximise FAB's competitive advantage in terms of prudent governance and turnaround time.
• Review all documentation related to applications to ensure compliance to CID security clearance document submission standards.
• Create and maintain status reports and records of all applications sent to CID for management reporting on agreed Service Line Agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all candidate and staff matters relating to security clearance are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Track and report on CID TAT and escalated clearance matters.
• Effective communication to senior HR leadership team on outcomes of sensitive CID security applications and any escalation cases.
• Provide guidance on documentation and regulatory requirements for CID security clearance, updating internal stakeholders on any changes.
• Manage sensitive relationships with several government entities and authorities which requires security clearance.
• Provide proactive and excellent customer service to all internal/external stakeholders adhering to Service Level Agreements and standards.

• Full understanding of all current UAE laws and legislation in regard to security clearance for employment.
• Excellent relationships with Abu Dhabi government entities.
• Ability to conduct high level discussions with government representatives and network effectively.
• Knowledge of English/Arabic Language (spoken/written).
• Computer literate (MS Office).
