SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Specialist General Surgeon to join a leading private healthcare institution.

The Specialist General Surgeon will be responsible for delivering exceptional surgical care, utilizing advanced techniques, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized surgical treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of surgeries, including elective and minimally invasive procedures.
- Ensure excellent post-operative care and follow-up.
- Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest surgical advancements and incorporate best practices into clinical care.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education programs within the facility.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with a specialization in General Surgery.
- Board certification or equivalent credentials in General Surgery.
- Proven experience working in a private sector surgical environment.
- Strong surgical skills including experience with minimally invasive techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced private healthcare setting.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
- Familiarity with private healthcare regulations and patient satisfaction standards is preferred.
