Job Description
We are seeking a **Specialist Family Medicine Physician** to join **Tamara Polyclinics**.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality primary healthcare services to individuals and families across all age groups, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships in line with **DOH standards**.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive family medicine services in a polyclinic setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care programs
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Prescribe medications and request diagnostic investigations as required
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Refer patients to specialists when clinically indicated and coordinate follow-up care
- Adhere to DOH regulations, clinical guidelines, and infection control policies
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Specialist qualification in Family Medicine
- **Valid DOH Specialist License** or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum **2 years post-specialization experience**
- Experience in outpatient or polyclinic settings preferred
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
