Overview
A reputable healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a skilled Specialist ENT to join its growing clinical team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions for adults and children.
- Perform outpatient procedures and assist with surgical interventions as per scope of practice.
- Manage acute and chronic ENT disorders, including sinus disease, hearing issues, allergies, and throat conditions.
- Collaborate with audiology, pediatrics, internal medicine, and other specialties to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility standards.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and departmental meetings.
& Experience
- Medical degree with recognized specialization in ENT/Otolaryngology.
- Minimum 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.
- Strong clinical skills in both medical and minor surgical ENT procedures.
- Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing.
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with endoscopic sinus procedures and advanced ENT diagnostics.
- Ability to manage pediatric ENT cases confidently.
- Strong patient communication and multicultural sensitivity.
