Role Overview
This position provides timely review and facilitation of provider requests for processing and scheduling of patient orders, testing and referrals to ensure patient safety and quality.
This position provides quality customer service to patients via alternate communication methods (telephone, mail, patient portal, etc.).
Work is typically performed in an office environment, but this position has the option to work from home with participation in customer/community services activities as needed.
Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
