Main Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and user management.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing and sales strategies.
- Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
- Continuously monitor and optimize CRM processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Lead CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system by implementing best practices for data management and hygiene.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM to drive innovation and improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and escalations.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system enhancements.
- Develop and document CRM policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the CRM system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the organization.
