Role overview

Logistics planning and risk

• Lead logistics operations planning in line with the Ghasha Asset and company strategy.
• Coordinate materials and transportation requirements using marine, air, and land resources.
• Create and maintain the Logistics Operational Readiness Plan and Logistics Risk Register against asset schedules.
• Analyze transportation needs and coordinate client forecasting; develop requirements and action plans for logistics initiatives.
• Manage logistics business continuity and risk plans, identify critical issues, and prepare Management of Change submissions.

Operations and stakeholders

• Develop logistics optimization initiatives, support audits, and establish processes for business requirements and department objectives.
• Develop service agreements, business cases, and strategies; monitor service-provider performance.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, call-off orders, material requisitions, and invoice clearances.
• Provide logistics and technical support, manage interfaces, support task forces and integrated projects, and represent the business to stakeholders.
• Plan and supervise assigned activities and train and develop staff.

Experience

• Experience in MEGA EPC projects.
