Specialist/ Consultant Spine Surgeon

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with spinal disorders through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans including surgical interventions
• Perform a variety of spinal surgical procedures emphasizing minimally invasive techniques when appropriate
• Manage perioperative patient care and monitor postoperative recovery
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, risks, and rehabilitation processes
• Maintain meticulous medical records and comply with medical standards and regulations
• Stay abreast of advancements in spine surgery through continuous education and research involvement

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
• Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a spine surgeon
• Proficient in advanced spine surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education
• Fluent in English; additional language skills considered an asset
