Restorative Dentist (Specialist / Consultant) role at a government healthcare facility in the UAE.
The role focuses on complex dental conditions and restorative care to improve patients’ oral health and function.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions.
- Perform restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and other appropriate treatments.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patients’ clinical needs.
- Restore damaged teeth and support functional and aesthetic rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists on multidisciplinary treatment planning.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards.
Requirements
- Recognized dental degree (BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry appropriate to the applied title.
- Relevant clinical experience in restorative dentistry.
- Strong clinical skills in restorative procedures and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
- Eligibility for UAE healthcare licensing, subject to the relevant authority’s requirements.
Encouraged qualifications
- Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, or German Board qualifications are encouraged to apply.
