- We are currently seeking a Specialist / Consultant Psychiatrist to join the private healthcare sector and provide outstanding psychiatric care.
- In this role, you will deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of psychiatric conditions in a private healthcare setting.
- You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to support mental wellness and recovery.
- Key Responsibilities:* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of mental health disorders
- Develop and implement personalised care plans using psychotherapy, medication management, and other evidence-based treatments
- Provide care with sensitivity and discretion suitable for private healthcare clientele
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advances in psychiatry
Requirements
- Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency training
- Proven experience in the private healthcare sector is highly desirable
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a broad range of psychiatric disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a private healthcare environment
- Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards
