Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Ability to adapt to change productively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ICE mortgage servicing systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of HELOC, SCRA, or Special Loans workstations preferred.

  • Compensation Range: $17.88 - $26.73 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

  • About Remote Employment
  • We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS.
  • Work Conditions
  • Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.

  • Sitting up to 90% of the time
  • Walking and standing up to 10% of the time
