Responsibilities
- You will monitor children's activity to always ensure safety. Assist children with personal care and hygiene care. Assist children with feeding and teaching self-help skills. Assist teaching staff in implementing curriculum and individualized goals for the child with a disability to promote growth and learning in all developmental areas. You will promote communication, play and socialization between a child with a disability and other children in the classroom. Assist children with gross motor activities such as grasping, holding objects, posture, crawling, walking, and running; assist children with fine motor activities such as playing with toys, cutting materials, or drawing. Work with individual children and in small groups. Attend IFSP & IEP meetings, when needed. Administer Medication when needed. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
