Role overview
The role combines founder support, executive event coordination, and event security supervision for high-profile engagements.
The position calls for operational precision, discretion, leadership, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate event schedules, logistics, vendor arrangements, and on-site operations.
- Support the founder with event preparation, administrative and operational tasks, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop and implement event security plans, access control procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Supervise security personnel, coordinate external security providers, and manage crowd safety.
- Assess venue risks and identify potential security vulnerabilities before and during events.
- Handle sensitive information and unexpected situations professionally and discreetly.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in executive assistance, special events, event security, or operational coordination.
- Strong organization, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Knowledge of access control, emergency procedures, and crowd management.
- Integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
Advantageous qualifications
- Relevant security certifications, first aid training, or experience supporting VIP and high-profile events are advantageous.
