Speacialist Talent Management
About This Role
The Talent Management Specialist provides comprehensive support to the Talent Management (TM) team across key areas including Training & Development, E-learning, Employee Engagement, and Talent Retention. The role focuses on delivering efficient HR services to employees and management while supporting strategic talent initiatives such as Emiratization and succession planning. Additionally, the role contributes to enhancing talent processes through digitization, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain talent, with emphasis on Emiratization.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs based on competency assessments and organizational needs.
- Contribute to the execution of Emiratization talent initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with training providers to deliver appropriate programs.
- Provide input and expertise on Training, Learning & Development, E-learning, and Talent Retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with Performance and Rewards teams to analyze performance reviews and support career path development.
- Support succession planning for critical roles and competency assessment for successors.
- Coordinate Emiratization initiatives such as scholarships, internships, and university partnerships.
- Promote awareness of talent management programs in collaboration with business partners and communications teams.
- Maintain performance dialogue records to support career development.
- Provide guidance to employees on talent management processes.
- Maintain and update dashboards, records, and talent analytics.
- Support digitization and automation of talent management processes.
- Provide administrative and back-office HR support related to talent management.
- Assist with vendor management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and trends. Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
