Customer Service and Sales
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle telephone and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the correct spare parts.
- Prepare quotations and provide accurate pricing and product information.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and workshops.
Spare Parts Identification
- Identify spare parts using part numbers, vehicle details, chassis numbers, VINs, and equipment models.
- Check parts catalogues and electronic parts systems to identify the correct items.
- Verify compatibility, specifications, and availability before confirming orders.
- Suggest suitable alternatives or equivalent parts when required.
Sales Order Processing
- Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Process cash, card, credit, and other approved customer transactions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatching parts.
- Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and special-order items.
Experience
- Automobile industry: 2 years (Preferred).
Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month.
