Job Description

Macro Space Planning

• Develop and maintain store layouts and space planning solutions across retail locations to maximize space productivity and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage and maintain space planning databases, layouts, fixture information, and related planning tools.
• Create, update, and implement store layouts and category maps (CATMAPs), ensuring alignment with approved standards and merchandising strategies.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and special projects by providing space planning recommendations and approved layouts.
• Analyze store, category, and space productivity data to identify optimization opportunities and improve return on retail space.
• Monitor implementation compliance through store visits, audits, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Act as the subject matter expert for store space planning inquiries and recommendations.
• Lead planning and allocation of secondary display areas (e.g., endcaps, floor stands, promotional displays) while balancing customer experience and commercial objectives.
• Ensure layouts and CATMAPs are updated to reflect assortment changes, new product introductions, product removals, category expansions, and promotional activities.

Micro Space Planning

• Develop, maintain, and optimize planograms and display guidelines to improve sales, profitability, and in-store shopping experience.
• Create category and store-specific merchandising plans aligned with commercial strategies and business priorities.
• Produce supporting documentation, guidelines, and implementation manuals for operational teams.
• Collaborate with category and merchandising teams to determine optimal product placement, facings, brand flow, and space allocation.
• Communicate planogram and display changes to relevant stakeholders and support implementation.
• Support new store openings by providing planograms and display recommendations.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure planogram compliance and effectiveness.
• Ensure planograms are updated to reflect assortment changes, new product introductions, product removals, category expansions, and promotional initiatives.

Assortment Planning & Optimization

• Recommend minimum display quantities to maintain appropriate shelf presence and inventory levels.
• Conduct assortment gap analysis to support category and merchandise planning decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial commitments and space utilization objectives are effectively executed.

• Outdoors : 20%
• Working Days : 5 Working Days
• Days off : 2 Days Off
• Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

• Education: BSc Degree

• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in retail business
• Computer Skills: MS Office Suite - AutoCAD program
