About Your Role
Support TMKT , sale , channel and merchandising teams by analyzing sales performance, product mix, and space allocation efficiency.
Ensure optimal shelf space utilization to drive sales, improve profitability, and support strategic assortment decisions.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven layout plans that align with customer behavior and growth opportunities.
What You'Ll Do
- Analyze sales, profit, and product movement to propose effective planograms and space allocation
- Monitor category performance to identify space productivity trends and improvement areas
- Build and maintain reports on product assortment, shelf performance, and space-to-sales ratio
- Support the implementation of merchandising strategies that balance sales growth and margin
- Coordinate with marketing and suppliers to align space planning with promotional campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product visibility and optimize customer experience
- Maintain databases and tools used for space and layout planning
- What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or retail analytics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; space planning software knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple layouts and deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends is an advantage
