Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments in line with brand standards, protocols, and luxury service expectations.
• Create memorable guest experiences and recommend retail products, homecare, personalized plans, and suitable enhancements.
• Build guest loyalty and collaborate with reception, fitness, wellness, and resort colleagues.
• Maintain treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
• Participate in training and professional development; organize schedules, prepare treatment spaces, and complete administrative tasks.
• Support spa operations through flexibility and proactive problem-solving.

Required qualifications

• Recognized professional Spa Therapist qualification, such as HNC/HND, Level 3, ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent.
• Professional experience delivering spa treatments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of wellness, skincare, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and professional presentation.
• Ability to recommend and upsell products and enhancements.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments with proper posture and technique.
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
• Positive, flexible, proactive approach to teamwork.

Preferred qualifications

• Luxury hospitality or five-star spa experience; advanced treatment training; premium skincare product experience; or experience building guest loyalty.
• Knowledge of wellness trends, multilingual abilities (particularly Arabic or other languages spoken in Dubai), or experience with spa management or booking software.
