Spa Therapist

Overview

• As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
• A Therapist would also be required to help achieve sales targets.
• Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, need be able to perform all Massages, Facial Services and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards. Cibtac certification will be preferable.
• Ensure procedures are delivered flawlessly including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and the management team
• Ensure health, safety and company regulations are complied with.
• Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure a more personalized experience while enhancing the guest's relationship with Spa and Beauty Salon.
• Ensure all guest issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
• Comply with security, fire, and health and safety regulations
• Ensure that protocols of cleanliness are adhered to at all times.
• Salary will start at 3000 to 3,500 + Accommodation depending on experience and qualification.
