About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Spa Therapist to provide a variety of wellness and beauty treatments to guests. The Spa Therapist will ensure high-quality service, promote relaxation and well-being, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and body wraps.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness therapies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment according to health and safety standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials before and after each session.
• Guide clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure all spa products and equipment are used properly and safely.
• Maintain client records and treatment details.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow spa policies, hygiene protocols, and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Massage Therapy.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatments are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, spa, or wellness center.
• Experience in international spa standards is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent massage and body treatment techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of spa products, skincare, and wellness therapies.
• Ability to promote and recommend spa services and retail products.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
