IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist in Abu Dhabi to deliver high-quality wellness and beauty treatments in a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in massage therapy, skincare treatments, body treatments, spa operations, and guest service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
- Deliver excellent customer service and personalized guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to guests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage appointment schedules and client records
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain knowledge of spa services, wellness trends, and products
- Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field
- Proven experience as Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Beauty Therapist
- Knowledge of various spa treatments and wellness therapies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- UAE experience preferred
