About This Role
Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy), facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained following strict hygiene standards.
- Educate guests on post-treatment care, recommend spa products, and advise on wellness routines.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, maximizing guest satisfaction and spa utilization.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of treatments and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with the spa team to promote spa services and achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated with current spa trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly.
