The Role

Job Description

• Provide individual and group wellness counseling sessions tailored to each guest's needs
• Offer guidance on stress management, emotional well-being, and mindfulness practices using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, MBSR, and holistic coaching
• Empower guests with tools for self-reflection, relaxation, and personal transformation in a compassionate, confidential, and culturally sensitive environment
• Develop and facilitate wellness workshops focused on mindfulness, emotional resilience, and self-care
• Create customized well-being programs for guests seeking deeper emotional and mental balance
• Collaborate with well-being practitioners to integrate holistic therapies, movement practices, and healing modalities
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with Saudi Arabia's health and wellness regulations
• Maintain accurate and confidential guest records in accordance with industry guidelines
• Support the training and mentoring of team members in mindfulness and emotional well-being techniques
• Stay current with the latest research in mental well-being, mindfulness, and holistic therapies
• Continuously refine counseling methodologies to meet evolving guest needs
• Participate in team meetings, wellness retreats, and professional development opportunities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Holistic Therapy, or a related field; formal certifications accepted
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness counseling, mindfulness coaching, or holistic mental health support
• Certification in mindfulness-based therapy, stress reduction, or wellness coaching preferred
• Experience in a luxury wellness resort, retreat center, or integrative health setting is an advantage
• Strong understanding of mindfulness, stress management, emotional intelligence, and personal growth methodologies
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Exceptional communication, public speaking, and guest engagement skills
• Empathetic, adaptable, and responsive to guests with varying emotional well-being needs and personal goals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing counseling sessions and guest records
• Proficient in digital tools including email, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Ability to model mindfulness and inspire meaningful emotional and mental growth in guests
