The Spa Supervisor supports daily health club operations and delivers memorable guest experiences.
The role supports the Manager/Director and supervises team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
Responsibilities
- Support operation of the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members to support a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
- Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and quality across guest touchpoints.
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to protect guest and team-member wellbeing.
