The ideal candidate should possess expertise in traditional Moroccan bathing rituals, excellent customer service skills, and a dedication to providing memorable spa experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform traditional Moroccan bath massages and other spa treatments with skill and precision, ensuring clients' comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the benefits of Moroccan bathing rituals and recommend personalized treatments based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Uphold spa protocols and standards to deliver consistently high-quality service.
- Promote spa services and products, enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in spa therapies to continually enhance skills and service offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Specialist, with a focus on Moroccan bath massages, in a luxury spa or wellness center.

- Certification or training in massage therapy, spa treatments, or a related field.
