Role overview
BS Massage Center seeks a friendly, professional, and well-organized spa receptionist in Dubai.
The role supports customer service and daily spa operations at the Jumeirah Lakes Towers location.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and therapist schedules; explain treatments, promotions, and membership packages.
- Recommend treatments and upsell services and packages; process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily sales records.
- Maintain customer and booking records; coordinate with therapists to support daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized; handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Spa, salon, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good spoken and written English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
- Strong sales skills, customer focus, professional appearance, friendly personality, and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1,700–5,600 per month; salary is described as based on experience.
- Sales incentives and performance bonuses are subject to company policy.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time role with in-person work in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.
- Shift flexibility, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
