Spa Manager – Slimming Specialist (Arabic Speaking)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Spa Manager with strong knowledge and background in slimming and body wellness services.
The ideal candidate must have experience handling slimming programs, body contouring services, client consultations, sales targets, and team management within a spa, wellness center, or aesthetic environment in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- but not limited to:
- Manage slimming programs, body treatments, and client follow-ups
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable slimming packages
- Achieve monthly sales and operational targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor bookings, memberships, packages, and retail sales
- Handle client concerns and maintain high service standards
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Train and motivate staff to improve performance and sales
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in slimming, wellness, spa, or aesthetic industry
- Previous experience as Spa Manager, Slimming Manager, or Wellness Manager preferred
- Strong knowledge of slimming treatments, body contouring, and wellness services
- Strong sales and client consultation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- English proficiency required
- Experience with CRM or booking systems is an advantage
