We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in spa or hospitality management.
**LOCATION**: (Doha) Qatar
**PAY RANGE**: To be discussed
**LANGUAGE**: English (Required)
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Spa Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, including staff scheduling and service quality
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Supervise and train spa therapists and support staff
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Achieve revenue targets and manage budgets effectively
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and products
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
