Job Description

At FAENA The Red Sea, wellness is more than a service — it is a transformative experience designed to inspire relaxation, balance, and connection.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our luxury wellness team.

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all spa facilities while supporting seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with FAENA and Forbes standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and wet facilities.
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after guest sessions according to luxury spa standards.
  • Ensure towels, linens, robes, slippers, and guest amenities are clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish spa supplies while reporting shortages or operational needs to management.
  • Support spa therapists by preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities as required.
  • Ensure all spa facilities remain safe, organised, and fully operational throughout service periods.
  • Assist guests with directions, amenities, and general requests while maintaining a warm and professional approach.
  • Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures in accordance with spa protocols.
  • Handle waste disposal and linen management according to operational and hygiene standards.
  • Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptly.
  • Support the wider spa and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
  • Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional cleanliness, service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a spa, wellness, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude with a guest-focused and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, cleaning, and room preparation duties.
  • Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury spa environment is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
