- Strong knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine and other traditional dishes.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in inventory control and kitchen operations.
