Sous Chef - Full-Time/PM

Creative Dining Services is seeking a talented, organized, and inspiring Sous Chef to lead food preparation, mentor our kitchen staff, and ensure every plate we serve is exceptional.

• Direct Food Prep: Plan and time food production perfectly so every meal is ready exactly at service time.
• Lead and Train: Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards and smooth operations.
• Manage Operations: Read function sheets, build prep sheets, design duty rosters, and handle kitchen opening or closing shifts.
• Control Production: Utilize batch cooking techniques to maximize freshness and eliminate food waste.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Culinary Arts Degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional cooking experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications: ServSafe Certification and First Aid training are required.
