Sourcing Support Coordinator
Role Overview
In this role the candidate will be required to:
• Reconcile service provider invoices and identify potential issues impacting Agilent revenue and Sourcing Compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Customer service organization and 3rd party Suppliers.
• Manage communications with low volume suppliers, agency letters, process information, etc.
• Identify payment issues and ensure timely payment processing.
As directed, follow up with vendor invoice issues and Service Reports
• Keep management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
• Solves business controls/ process problems of limited scope and complexity
• Assists in system/process improvement activities.

Job Description

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2+ years' relevant work experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent in analytical, logical skills - Ability to make analytical decisions.
- Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
- Some general/basic familiarity with the Agilent laboratory and instrumentation
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs and behaviors
- Strong analytical capabilities to enable efficiencies and improvements in processes.
- Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.
- Ability to time-shift to US operating hours as and when required
