  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing initiatives, optimize procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, evaluate suppliers, and ensure the organization achieves cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement goals
  • Lead supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding processes
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, legal, and business teams on sourcing initiatives
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance standards
  • Manage sourcing projects from requirements gathering through supplier selection and implementation
  • Develop sourcing reports, market analysis, and recommendations for leadership
  • Ensure sourcing activities comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing sourcing projects or supplier portfolios preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, contract management, and market analysis
  • Proven experience achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and spend analysis tools is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
