Jasani LLC, a UAE corporate gifting and promotional products company, seeks an experienced Sourcing Executive focused on China and international markets.
The role covers product sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, and procurement coordination.
Responsibilities
- Source products and suppliers, particularly in China, assessing quality, pricing, capacity, and specifications.
- Develop supplier relationships through evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and network management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and evaluate quotations, samples, specifications, lead times, and supplier capabilities.
- Manage sourcing from product identification and sampling through approval, production, quality coordination, shipment, and delivery.
- Analyze market and sourcing data for savings, pricing, new products, alternative suppliers, and margin improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Management, Logistics, and Finance on purchases, documents, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve supplier commercial, quality, production, and delivery issues; maintain supplier and sourcing records.
- Identify new products, manufacturers, and opportunities in China and other international markets.
Requirements
- Experienced in sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiation, and procurement coordination.
- Strong market knowledge, analytical ability, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience sourcing premium, promotional, corporate gifting, or luxury products.

Compensation
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
