Sourcer (3 Month Term)

Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to build robust, top-of-funnel talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.

Proactively identify, engage, and screen passive talent using advanced Boolean search, professional networks, talent databases, and alternative search channels.

Craft highly personalized, compelling messaging to drive strong response rates and effectively convert passive prospects into active candidates.

Partner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and seamlessly hand off qualified leads.

Jump in to support the end-to-end recruitment process for ad-hoc roles.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and data hygiene within our ATS.

3+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong track record of generating qualified candidate pipelines for competitive roles (ideally in engineering).

Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can easily pivot as business needs evolve.

Expertise in leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools/techniques to surface top-tier talent.

Deeply resourceful, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while keeping communication channels open with the broader team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise and build fast trust with cross-functional leaders.
