SOR Quality Manager

Degree or Diploma in:

Electrical Utility, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Red Seal Journeymen with 10+ years in Quality related experience

PMP designation is an asset

CQA designation

10+ years' of QA/QC experience in implementing Quality Programs and interfacing with clients

Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with commitment to excellence and high-quality work

Knowledge and experience with site safety procedures, including electrical safety standards

Proven experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Project, Excel)

Familiarity with industry standard tools necessary to carry out QA and inspection work

The expected salary range for this role is between $110,000 - $140,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
